Dr. Girum Zeleke, Associate Professor of Social Sciences at the University of Stavanger, Norway, held an interview with a Diaspora based Ethiopian online discussion Forum on various issues related to Ethiopia, federalism and Ethiopian asylum seekers in Norway. Dr. Girum researched Federalism and Decentralization in post-1991 Ethiopia, for his PhD studies in the University of Leeds, UK. As he is an expert in the area and taking his interesting analysis into account, we have clipped the first part of his interview that deals with federalism in Ethiopia and the future ahead.
