Police begins removing satellite dishes in Addis Ababa

The government went farther in disconnecting people from following information about the current situation of the country.
Police started removing dishes yesterday in Sululta town, outskirts of the capital. Today many of the Addis Abebians Television is disconnected from the international media and pushed to watch only the state owned EBC.
“It is obvious.” said one of the resident whom his dish is removed by the police yesterday. “It is obvious that the government cut the power, stop the internet and all the telecommunication during such kind of protests.” he added.
